Kate Hunter, Te Mata Estate Brand Ambassador, will lead you through a selection of their exceptional wines paired with a delicious 5 course menu created by Head Chef Sebastian Hendrichs.
Kate has an extensive winemaking pedigree including a Masters in Applied Science in Oenology (wine and wine making) which saw her first become a winemaker at Te Mata Estate in the early 2000's.
With such a prestigious selection of wines in this dinner, including Coleraine 2013 and 2020, special attention has been paid to pair each one perfectly with each course.
